Ordering & Tracking Your Purchases
Orders can be placed online by selecting items and adding them to your shopping cart. Next,
select "check out" to complete your order total. After completing your shipping address, the
shipping total will appear on the order. If you have any difficulty placing your online order,
we will be happy to assist you over the telephone. Simply phone us at 866-606-3911.
Online orders may use payment options of Visa, Mastercard, Discover Cards & Paypal. We do
accept certified money orders which can be mailed to Attn: Order Processing Dept, Segura Trading,
201 E. Angus Dr., Youngsville, LA 70592. We will process your order as soon as possible after receiving
your money order.
Most of our items are stocked by us and are shipped within 24 hours Monday through Friday. Orders weighing
over two pounds are shipped Fed Ex Ground. Orders from 1 oz. through two pounds are commonly shipped by U.S. Postal
Service first class mail. Delivery dates of shipped purchases will vary from state to state. We do not ship to P. O. Boxes.
If your order ships Fed Ex Ground, your tracking number will already be entered on your order, after it has been processed. You may track
your purchases by phoning 1-800-GO-FEDEX. If your order is shipped directly from one of our suppliers, please
phone us for tracking information. In most cases, these orders ship within 3 business days.
If you must make changes or cancel your order, please verify your order immediately. Changes
may be made as long as the order is not in processing. Phone us as soon as possible to insure
changes or cancellations. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs.
If Fed Ex (UPS, or another shipper) is unable to deliver your order due to a customer provided incorrect address, the order will be
returned to us. You will be responsible for any reshipping fees incurred by Fedex (UPS, or another shipper) due to the
redeliver process.
Returns
If, for some reason, you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at 866-606-3911
for a return authorization number within thirty (30) days of receipt. When returning,
make sure items are in the original box/packaging. Please secure the shipping box in
satisfactory condition, as we can not accept items for return that are not in resalable
condition. The customer is responsible for shipping. We do not refund shipping costs.
We can not be responsible for damaged or lost return packages, therefore, please use
a shipper with a tracking system.
After your returned package is received and inspected by us, you will be issued a
credit within 3 to 5 business days.
Privacy and Security

All information that you provide, including your credit card information, is secured using
Secure encryption technology. This prevents your information from being transmitted over the internet.
We request your email address so that we can provided you with order confirmation and or updates.
We never rent or sell information that is provided to us. We also request a telephone number where you
can be reached, as on occasion we may need to clarify your order. Again, we will not sell or pass
along customer numbers. |
